Consultation

Every business is different, which is why I offer consultations to learn more about you, your goals, and how I can help. During a consultation, we'll discuss your business, your current challenges, future plans, ideas, expectations, budget, and the services I offer. Consultations can be held over the phone, through a video call, by email, or in person at a local coffee shop or Mexican restaurant.

The initial consultation is designed to determine if we're a good fit to work together. If you choose to move forward, any additional meetings, brainstorming sessions, strategy discussions, business planning, goal setting, or ongoing consulting outside of your active service agreement will be considered paid consultation and billed at my current consultation rate. This ensures dedicated time and attention is given to helping you build a clear strategy and move your business forward.

Basic Social Media Help

Not every business needs full social media management. Sometimes you just need an extra set of hands to get through a specific project or solve a particular problem. That's exactly what Basic Social Media Help is for.

This service is offered on a project by project or case by case basis. Whether you need help managing a three month marketing campaign, responding to hundreds or even thousands of unread Facebook or Instagram messages, catching up on YouTube comments, record some video content, help edit a reel or organizing your social media accounts, I'm here to help where it's needed most.

Basic Social Media Help is also perfect if you're starting on a new platform. Setting up an account, optimizing your profile, learning the platform, finding the right people and businesses to follow, and understanding how everything works can take hours before you even publish your first post. I can help you get established, teach you the platform, and make sure you're set up for success before handing the account back over to you.

From there, the choice is yours. If you only need occasional support, we can continue with project based work or schedule consultations as needed. If your business grows and you decide you'd rather have someone manage everything for you, we can transition into a full social media management plan that fits your goals. We’re here to help!
